What is the significance of the body & blood of Jesus ?

Jesus talks about his spiritual body & blood to be shared among his disciples and followers for their forgiveness and eternal salvation, that we may be transformed into the likeness of Christ.

John 6:32 “Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”

Matthew 26:26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” 27 Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the[b] covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Reference from Torah

Leviticus 17:11 “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.”

Hebrews 9:19 For when every commandment had been told to all the people by Moses in accordance with the law, he took the blood of calves and goats,[p] with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the scroll itself and all the people,20 saying, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has ordained for you.” 21 And in the same way he sprinkled with the blood both the tent[q]and all the vessels used in worship. 22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

Hebrews 9:28 so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.

Is Jesus God, did he receive worship?

Jesus is Lord by his own Testament Mark 14:61 Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? 62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Jesus was quoting scriptures here from Daniel:7: 13  “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.   14  He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. God the Father exalts Jesus as Lord who created Heaven and Earth: Hebrews 1:8  But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God...

What is the evidence of Holy Trinity?

The Holy Trinity in the Bible God the Father sent his angel Gabriel to promise Mary God the son through the Holy Spirit Luke 1:35  And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. Detailed Reference: John 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.   14  The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.  John 1:10  He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. John 1:17  For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18  No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and[ b ] is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him know...

Who are the Authors of the Bible

The Bible Sources Where does the term Bible originate? The word Bible itself is simply a transliteration of the Greek word  bíblos (βίβλος),  meaning "book." So the Bible is, quite simply,  The Book . However, take a step further back and the same Greek word also means "scroll" or "parchment."  The Scriptures were first written on parchment, and then copied to scrolls, then those scrolls would be copied and distributed and so on.  We believe that the scriptures are the inspired word of God, "God-breathed" and given to prophets and holy men over the ages 2 Timothy 3:16  16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. What are the contents of the Bible? The Bible contains the Old Testament where the first five books is the Torah, and the rest of the chapters are from Condex Septuagint which was translated...
