Why Sharia law is incompatible with modern law and justice system?

Sharia law is old tribal customs that neither follow the scriptures in Torah, the Bible nor the standards set by Jesus.  Muhammed did not reveal the contents of the 10 commandments given to Moses by God, instead only mentions that the tablets of stone contained 'explanations on all things'.  The people concluded all tribal laws are God's laws.

Jesus seperated  the church and state by his teaching - Give unto Ceaser what is unto Ceaser and unto God what is God's.  Jesus submitted and paid taxes, when Jews paid tithes to the temple, and was a heated debate, Jesus taught the people to obey the law and order and governance model which were well defined and evolved to modern day justice system and government.   He famously distilled the 10 commandments into two, Love God, & Love thy neighbour, for every crime had law and punishment, the church was only responsible for spiritual governance and not matters of the state.

Muhammad is often presented as the gold standard of Muslim life.

But when measured against the revealed standards of Scripture, serious contradictions appear.  He mixed old laws and removed some that did not suite him and did not follow the teachings of Jesus.

The Ten Commandments were written by God Himself and form the moral foundation of Abrahamic faith.

They include:

“Keep the Sabbath holy” — Exodus 20:8–11

Removed not included in the Quran.

“Do not murder” — Exodus 20:13

Quran Surah 33:26 - Murder of Banu Jews.

“Do not commit adultery” — Exodus 20:14 Maria the coptic

Quran Surah 66:1-3 - Quran 4:24 - Allowed himself and women they capture.

“Do not steal” — Exodus 20:15 Conducted multiple raids.

Quran Surah 33:27 - Allowed to take property & welath of non-muslims.

“Do not bear false witness” — Exodus 20:16 Lied to kill Ka'b, Khyber jews

“Do not covet” — Exodus 20:17 Coveted Zaynab, Maria, Safiyya

Quran Surah 4:24/Surah 33:27 - Enslaved and prisoners of war - married women, properties of Kuffar, also not to have non muslim friends.

If God’s law is truly God’s word, it cannot be selectively changed, ignored, or replaced.

2. Jesus raised the standard higher

Jesus taught love for enemies:

“Love your enemies, bless those who curse you.” — Matthew 5:44

Jesus taught mercy:

“Be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.” — Luke 6:36

Jesus did not lower God’s law. He revealed its deeper meaning through mercy, purity, grace, and love.

Jesus said adultery begins in the heart:

“Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery.” — Matthew 5:27–28

Jesus taught one marriage as in the Torah:

“The two shall become one flesh… what God has joined together, let no man separate.” — Mark 10:8–9

Jesus taught husbands to love sacrificially:

“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church.” — Ephesians 5:25

Jesus forgave the adulterous woman and said,“Neither do I condemn you; go, and sin no more.” — John 8:11

Jesus sternly protected children:

Mark 9:42 “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.”

Mark 5:41 “He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!” (which means “Little girl, I say to you, get up!”). 42 Immediately the girl stood up and began to walk around (she was twelve years old)”

3. The issue is not people — it is the standard

The question is simple:

Does a teaching fully obey the Law written by God?

Does it fully reflect the mercy and grace revealed by Jesus?

Because Jesus’ standard is not hatred, conquest, lust, revenge, or religious violence.

It is holiness, mercy, forgiveness, truth, one-flesh marriage, love for enemies, and the Father’s grace.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life.” — John 14:6

Is Jesus God, did he receive worship?

Jesus is Lord by his own Testament Mark 14:61 Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? 62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Jesus was quoting scriptures here from Daniel:7: 13  “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.   14  He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. God the Father exalts Jesus as Lord who created Heaven and Earth: Hebrews 1:8  But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God...

What is the evidence of Holy Trinity?

The Holy Trinity in the Bible God the Father sent his angel Gabriel to promise Mary God the son through the Holy Spirit Luke 1:35  And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. Detailed Reference: John 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.   14  The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.  John 1:10  He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. John 1:17  For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18  No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and[ b ] is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him know...
